Water System Repair - Deerhurst Highlands Drive - April 7, 2025

Please be advised that there will be a temporary water shutdown on Deerhurst Highlands Drive at Highway 60 to address infrastructure repairs on Wednesday, April 9, 2025, beginning at 9:00 am until repairs are completed.

Residents on Hidden Valley Rd., Mount Pleasant Ct., St. Georges Ct, St. Andrew's Cl., Deerhurst Highlands Dr. & Clubhouse Dr. will experience low to no water pressure when work begins. Traffic impacts are expected to be minimal, however intermittent blockages are possible.

(Huntsville, ON) The Town of Huntsville is reminding residents and visitors that no ice is safe, especially as water levels continue to rise. Unstable conditions create a serious risk for anyone venturing onto frozen surfaces. 

To prevent accidents, keep children and pets away from all waterways, including creeks and rivers. Parents and guardians are urged to talk to children about the dangers of thin ice and fast-moving water, and pets should be kept on a leash near shorelines.
