Find the right level

Swimming levels have been slightly re-designed due to program evaluations. New levels have been added to help spend more time on swimming technique rather than having participant repeating levels.

Speak with a customer service staff member to have them help you find the correct level at 705-789-6421 ext. 0. You can also schedule a free swim evaluation to have your participant assessed by a staff member. The staff can help you place your participant in the right level.

Registration information

Browse and select the program you want.
On the program page, click the register button.
You will be asked to create an account if you have not already done so before.
Once logged into your account, register and pay for the program online.

Registration fees

Full payment is due at the time of registration. All fees listed are plus applicable taxes. We accept credit, cash, and debit.
Non-residents are required to pay an additional 10% per participant, per program, as they do not pay property taxes which support the Town of Huntsville.

Fee assistance subsidy coverage

The District of Muskoka Community Services provides child care subsidy to eligible parents and guardians. To determine eligibility, please call 705-645-2412 or 1-800-461-4215 and ask to speak to the Child Care Case Aid.

Online registration is not possible for children with subsidy coverage. Please register by calling 705-789-6421.

Changes and cancellations

Changes to swimming and aquatics schedule may occur. Visit the activities menu for current information including changes or cancellations. You may also call the Canada Summit Centre customer service desk at 705-789-6421.

Programs cancelled due to inclement weather will not be rescheduled.
All programs are subject to cancellation if there are insufficient registrations. If your program is cancelled due to insufficient enrollment you may transfer free of charge to another program (subject to availably) or receive a full refund. In the case of swimming lessons, levels may be combined and times may be changed.

Refunds

A full refund can be issued for all courses cancelled by the Town of Huntsville.
Customer requests for refunds or credits based or their withdrawal for a program must be received three full business days prior to program commencement.
A $20.00 administration fee will be charged or all customer cancellations.
Prorated refunds will be issue for medical reasons with a doctor's note.
One-day clinics, courses and workshops will receive credit.

Pool rentals

Pool safety and rules

Children under the age of 10 years who are non- swimmers must be directly supervised by an adult. One adult may not be responsible for more than four swimmers.
Children 7-10 years who are able to pass the facility swim test may be admitted to the pool unaccompanied.
Children under the age of 7 must be directly supervised by an adult. One adult may be responsible for four children in the small pool and or two children in the large pool.
Swimmers must be able to pass the facility swim test before being allowed in the deep end.
Guardians or group leaders must directly supervise the children in their care at all times.
Infants and toddlers who are not toilet trained must wear a swim diaper in the water. Parents please be advised that when a fouling accident occurs, the small pool must be closed for 2 hours and the large pool for four hours.
All swimmers must shower before entering and re-entering the pool.
No food and drinks are permitted on the deck in the change room area.
Outdoor shoes and boots are not to be worn in the change room area.
All swimmers are required to obey whistle signals used by the lifeguards. Three whistles is the emergency signal to clear the pool
Anyone engaged in unsafe behaviour, undesirable behaviour, or using objectionable language shall be subjected to immediate ejection from the pool area.
Change room and deck floors are slippery when wet. Please use caution. Please do not run.
No person infected with a communicable disease or having open sores on his/her body shall enter the pool.
Children must use gender-specific or family change rooms.

Children under the age of 12 are not allowed in the spa unless supervised by a person who is 16 years of age or older.
Pregnant women and persons with known health or medical conditions should consult with a physician before using the spa.
Do not use the spa if you have an open sore or rash, or are experiencing nausea, vomiting or diarrhea.
Overexposure may cause fainting. 10-15 minutes may be excessive for some individuals cool down periodically and leave the spa if nausea or dizziness occurs.
To prevent slipping, enter and exit the spa slowly.
Do not play or swim near drains or suction devices. Your body, body parts, hair, jewellery, and other objects may become trapped and cause injury or drowning. People with long hair should be especially careful.
Do not enter or remain in spa if a drain cover or suction fitting is loose, broken or missing, immediately notify the spa operator.
No food or beverage (except water) is permitted within the deck or spa.
Maximum bather load of spa is 13.

The slide can only be used when directly supervised by a lifeguard.
Participants must obey the slide supervisor.
Children must be at least 6 years of age to use the slide and must have a yellow or green bracelet.
Only one person can be on the slide at a time. The line must form on the pool deck.
