Adopted official plan

The Official Plan is the policy basis to guide future development of the Town.

The final draft of the Official Plan was adopted by Council on March 18, 2019 and approved by the District Municipality of Muskoka on October 21, 2019. One notice of appeal was received respecting the designation of Lots 19, 20 and 21, Concession 5 and 6, former Geographic Township of Stephenson.

A hard copy is available for purchase at Town Hall. Alternate format documents are available upon request.
