Public meetings are a portion of a meeting for either public hearings on a planning matter, or when Council or Committee deems that they would like to hear from the public on a specific matter.

There are no public meetings for regular Council or General Committee scheduled at this time.
Attendance instructions
For the convenience of those members of the public unable to attend in person meetings, meetings will be held in a hybrid format where technology is available. Under this hybrid format, members of the public will be able to choose to attend and participate in these meetings in person or remotely. - Provide written comment by emailing clerk@huntsville.ca, or via email.
- Make oral submissions to Council may do so in-person during the public portion of the meeting.
- Make oral submissions virtually can join the meeting using the information below.
Please note: All comments and submissions received will become part of the public record. Comments received as part of the public participation process for this proposal will be considered by Council.
