Notice of Disposition of Surplus Lands - 10 Concession 4 & 5 Road W

TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Huntsville has declared the following land as surplus and is transferring the lands to Newholm Community Heritage Centre and Friends of Holy Trinity Newholm. The land being declared surplus is described as PIN 48101-0318, Part Lot 15, Con 5 Brunel, being Part 1, Plan 35R26139 and part of PIN 48101-0324, Part Lot 15, Con 5 Brunel, being Part 2, Plan 35R26139, now in the Town of Huntsville. The proposed By-law will come before Council for consideration at its regular meeting to be held in the Council Chambers, 37 Main Street East, Huntsville, Ontario on  September 23, 2024 at the hour of 5:30 o'clock p.m., and at that time Council will hear any person or by his/her Counsel, Solicitor or Agent, who claims that his/her lands will be prejudicially affected and who applies to be heard.
