Notice of Original Shore Road Allowance Closing - 165 Hiawatha Drive

TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Huntsville proposes to enact a by-law pursuant to Sections 9 and 35 of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, and amendments thereto, to stop up and close that portion of the Original Shore Road Allowance in front of Lot 24, Concession 4 Stephenson designated as Parts 3 and 4, Plan 35R27516. The proposed By-law will come before Council for consideration at its regular meeting to be held in the Council Chambers, 37 Main Street East, Huntsville, Ontario on  November 25, 2024 at the hour of 5:30 o'clock p.m., and at that time Council will hear any person or by his/her Counsel, Solicitor or Agent, who claims that his/her lands will be prejudicially affected and who applies to be heard.
