Notice of Original Shore Road Allowance Closing - 48 Clovelly Road

TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Huntsville proposes to enact a by-law pursuant to Sections 9 and 35 of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, and amendments thereto, to stop up and close that portion of the Original Shore Road Allowance in front of the Original Shore Road Allowance lying in front of Lot 11, Plan M47 and Part Lot 12, Plan M47, designated as Part 1, Plan 35R6362 and Part 4, BR1249, Huntsville designated as Part 10 on Plan 35R-14938. The proposed By-law will come before Council for consideration at its regular meeting to be held in the Council Chambers, 37 Main Street East, Huntsville, Ontario on  July 22, 2024 at the hour of 5:30 o'clock p.m., and at that time Council will hear any person or by his/her Counsel, Solicitor or Agent, who claims that his/her lands will be prejudicially affected and who applies to be heard.
