Please note, Town of Huntsville planning meetings often exceed the meeting room capacity of 30 persons. In those circumstances, individuals are asked to wait in a prearranged waiting area (3rd floor hallway or Partners Hall) outside of the Council Chambers until their application is called. Wait times can range from 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on the meeting’s agenda. As we look for solutions to improve our meeting room capacity, we would like to remind the community that the virtual Zoom meeting is available for those that wish to make a comment or speak to a specific application. This is also a great option for those that cannot attend the meeting in person and want to participate from the comfort of their own space. For details on how to participate online please visit the Planning notices page and we thank you for your patience on this matter.
