TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Huntsville proposes to enact a by-law pursuant to Sections 9 and 35 of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, and amendments thereto, to stop up and close that portion of the Original Shore Road Allowance in front of Lot 6, Concession 10, Brunel now Town of Huntsville designated as Part 1 on Plan 35R-27576.
